Cath Schefer

As Executive Vice President and Regional Operating Unit Leader, Cath oversees Stantec’s global operations outside of North America, including Europe, Africa & India, Middle East, Asia Pacific and South America. She leads business strategy, operations management, delivery of professional services and financial performance across Stantec’s global operations, working closely with the firm’s geographic and business line leadership.

Cath has over 27 years of experience in design, construction, and programme management for water and wastewater infrastructure projects, having worked for both client and consulting/contracting organisations in the water utility sector. Her expertise lies in operational and client management; she has led the successful bidding, mobilisation, and management of multimillion-pound programmes of work as well as the management of large, multidisciplinary teams.
