Chip Paulson

Chip Paulson is a seasoned professional in water resource management with extensive experience in client service, project management, and business development. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Stantec since July 2020, Chip leads teams on projects related to stormwater management, environmental permitting, and water quality. Prior to this role, Chip held the position of Principal Engineer and VP at Stantec Consulting from 1978 to 2020, and previously worked as a Supervising Engineer at Montgomery Watson, a Senior Engineer at Boyle Engineering, and a Professional Engineer at James M. Montgomery, Consulting Engineers. Chip holds a Master of Science in Water Resources Engineering from UCLA and a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Mechanics and Engineering Science from UC San Diego.
