Chris Blaze

Chris Blaze currently serves as a Professional Land Surveyor at Stantec since April 2024. Previously, Chris held the position of National Practice Lead, Mobile LiDAR at Michael Baker International from 2023 to 2024 until that role was eliminated due to organizational restructuring. From 2021 to 2023, Chris was the Director of Land Surveying at Loureiro Engineering Associates, Inc., and served as Executive Director of Operations and Equity Partner at Exacta Land Surveyors LLC from 2017 to 2020. Prior to these roles, Chris spent 15 years in the United States Marine Corps as Operations Chief and Military Surveyor. Chris is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Surveying Engineering Technology at the University of Maine Graduate School, with a projected graduation in May 2026, along with additional qualifications in Land and Cadastral Surveying and Surveying Engineering. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science from PennWest Clarion and a certificate from the DoD Military Survey School.
