Chris Donley is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and consulting. Currently, Chris serves as a Senior Consultant at Stantec since October 2022. Prior to this role, Chris spent over 17 years at Cardno, holding positions as Senior Project Engineer and Engineer. Additionally, Chris briefly worked as a Stormwater Coordinator at PG&E in 2016. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Engineering degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Utah, completed between 1996 and 2003.
