Chris Powell is a Senior Environmental Planner at Stantec, serving in the Assessment and Permitting Team in Waterloo since April 2007 and acting as the Ontario Technical Lead for Assessment & Permitting. Previously, Chris worked as a Subwatershed Planning Coordinator and Resource Planner at the Grand River Conservation Authority from 2001 to 2007. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography with a focus on Environmental Resources Management and a Master of Arts in Geography, both from Western University, completed between 1995 and 2003.
