Colleen Ruiz

Colleen Ruiz, P.E., is a Senior Principal Engineer at Stantec, where they lead operations across multiple states in the Community Development group. With over two decades of experience, Colleen has successfully managed complex projects and collaborated with diverse stakeholders to empower communities throughout the southwestern United States. In previous roles, they served as a Civil Engineer for the City of Chandler and a Science Coordinator at Annunciation School, where they developed innovative curricula and secured significant grant funding. Colleen is dedicated to inspiring youth in STEM fields, having coached Future City teams for nine years and supported community initiatives through substantial funding efforts. Colleen earned a degree from New Mexico State University.
