Cornell Sims is the East Business Unit Manager at Stantec, where they oversee operations in the Charlottesville, VA office and work to enhance performance, productivity, and profitability. With over 20 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager and Environmental Scientist, Cornell has provided environmental compliance support to federal agencies, particularly focusing on projects for the Department of Defense. They have worked extensively in hazardous waste management and environmental compliance, including with the Veteran's Health Administration. Cornell holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science from the University of Virginia and became a Certified Professional Environmental Auditor in 2012.
