Crystal Kerr

Crystal Kerr is a seasoned brand and corporate communications executive currently serving as the Vice President of Brand Identity, Public Relations, and Communications at Stantec. With a strong commitment to enhancing organizational culture through branding, Kerr leads a team dedicated to delivering impactful marketing and communication strategies. Previously, they have played key roles at Stantec, including Director of Marketing & Communications and Manager of Branding & Promotion, where they orchestrated award-winning corporate rebrands and established effective employee communication strategies. Kerr holds a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business and Marketing from the University of Alberta and is currently enrolled in the Stantec Leadership Development Program at Harvard Business School.
