Damian Ward is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in leadership and technical roles. Starting his career at Ewan Group as a Senior Engineer, Damian progressed to Principal Engineer positions at Mouchel and Grontmij Group, before becoming a Principal Civil Engineer at MWH. After a brief tenure at Stantec as Technical Director and Discipline Leader, Damian returned to Stantec in April 2025. Damian holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nottingham, earned between 1991 and 1994.
