Danny McDonald is a Practice Leader and Senior Principal Environmental Geoscientist at Stantec, bringing over 18 years of experience in Environmental Science. They have collaborated with EPA-appointed Environmental Auditors on site assessments involving contaminated soil and groundwater, and have led various environmental investigations and remediation efforts. Danny previously worked at Earth Systems as an Environmental Scientist and at Lane Piper as an Environmental Geochemist. They earned a PhD from La Trobe University in 2006, focusing on the chemical stability of Acid Rock Drainage treatment sludges. Currently, they also manage the Cardno petroleum team, overseeing project delegation, mentoring, and client relations.
