Daryl Stacey is an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in the management and delivery of complex signalling and system projects. Daryl has extensive knowledge across various signalling platforms, including CBTC and ETCS, and has successfully implemented full life cycles for both brownfield and greenfield projects in a freight and heavy haul environment. Currently, Daryl is deploying a communication-based signalling system on the BHP Iron Ore rail network and serves as an Engineering Director at BlueFin3 while also holding a position as Principal Systems Engineer at Stantec.
