Dave Archer

Dave Archer is currently a Senior Counsel at Stantec, having previously served as Corporate Counsel since 2017. Archer's legal career includes significant experience as an Associate and Senior Associate at Harter Secrest & Emery LLP, where they specialized in complex commercial litigation, representing various corporations in state and federal courts. Archer earned a J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo - Law School after obtaining a B.A. in American Studies from Penn State University. Prior to their legal career, Archer worked as a Graduate Assistant at the University at Buffalo Office of Admissions.
