David Arnold

David Arnold is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in desktop support and data center management. Currently serving as a Desktop Support Analyst at Stantec since October 2023, Arnold previously held significant roles at Jacobs, including Global Data Center Manager and Desktop Support Technician from May 2015 to April 2023. Prior to that, experience includes working as a Helpdesk Technician at CH2M HILL and a Help Desk Level 2 at Northrop Grumman Information Systems, where Arnold managed high call volumes and troubleshooting for network, hardware, and software issues. Other positions include Team Leader at Amazon and Level 1 Help Desk Professional at Intellimark IT/PA State Police. Arnold's career began in the US Army as a Network Switching Systems Operator/Maintainer.
