David Bastien

David Bastien is currently the Directeur expertise - Ponts et ouvrages d'art at Stantec. They previously served as Directeur Ingénierie at Société Les Ponts Jacques Cartier et Champlain Inc. from 2020 to 2022, and held various roles at BPR from 2003 to 2009, including Concepteur and Directeur conception - Ouvrages d'art. Additionally, they were the Chef du module Conception et Surveillance des grands ouvrages at the Ministère des Transports from 2013 to 2020. David holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Structures and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering - Structures, both from Polytechnique Montréal.
