David Chen

David Chen, PE, P.Eng. is a Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in the engineering field. Currently employed at Stantec since September 2022, David previously worked as a Mechanical Engineer at BBA Consultants and as a Project/Mechanical Engineer at Solaris MCI from 2017 to 2022, where responsibilities included leading the development of multi-disciplinary engineering deliverables and preparing project management documentation. Prior experience includes an Operations Engineering Internship at ConocoPhillips, where technical and economic data analysis was performed to optimize oil and gas production, and a Mechanical Engineering Internship at Omega Well Monitoring, where David contributed to the creation of engineering designs. David holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto.
