David Harrison

David Harrison is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and engineering, currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Chapman University and a Senior Program Manager at Stantec since July 2022. Prior to these roles, David was Vice President and Director of Program Management Services at Kennedy/Jenks Consultants and held significant positions at Stantec Consulting Services Inc., where responsibilities included regional management and project oversight for water projects in California. David’s career began at MWH Americas, where a variety of roles from project management to marketing director spanned over three decades, particularly focusing on wastewater treatment and management for municipal and state clients worldwide. David holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
