David Kemper

David Kemper is a Senior Principal at Stantec, where they serve as Practice Leader and Senior Project Manager for the Community Development/General Civil Engineering Group, as well as Office Leader for the Tampa location. Prior to joining Stantec in 2010, David held several leadership roles, including Senior Vice President at WilsonMiller from 1999 to 2010 and Vice President at Dames and Moore/URS Corp from 1985 to 1999. David's career began as a Design Engineer at Booker Associates from 1979 to 1982 and included a Project Manager role at Fox and Cole between 1982 and 1985. David earned both a BS in Civil Engineering and an MS in Engineering Management from the Missouri University of Science & Technology.
