David Noel, P.Eng., BECxP, CxA-BE, is a professional engineer and the Principal Operations Lead for Building Specialty Services at Stantec, where they have been involved since 2025. A graduate of mechanical engineering from Memorial University of Newfoundland, David began their building science career nearly fifteen years ago at Morrison Hershfield in Ottawa, progressing from Building Science Consultant to Senior Building Science Engineer and Department Manager. David also served as a Senior Project Engineer with the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador from 2007 to 2010, contributing to various building science related projects throughout North America.
