David Orth is an experienced Water Resources Engineer-in-Training (EIT) at Stantec, specializing in the design of stormwater management systems, flood protection infrastructure, and hydrologic and hydraulic analysis since June 2022. Previously, David served as President of the UC Society of Environmental Engineers and completed various engineering roles, including a Co-Op at Hazen and Sawyer, where tasks involved technical writing and wastewater treatment modeling. David commenced research in microbiological engineering as a Student Research Assistant at the University of Cincinnati, following Co-Op positions at Grunley Construction Company, Fishbeck, Thompson, Carr & Huber, and the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati, focusing on construction support and regulatory inspections. David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
