David Pernitsky is a seasoned water treatment process engineer and currently serves as the Water Treatment Sector Leader at Stantec. With over 30 years of experience, David has worked on various water treatment technologies, including dissolved air flotation, ozonation, and reverse osmosis. Prior to Stantec, David held senior engineering positions at notable companies, including Suncor Energy and CH2M, where they focused on innovative water treatment solutions and led significant research initiatives. David holds a PhD in Environmental Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, and both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Alberta.
