David Schlotzhauer

David Schlotzhauer is a Principal at Stantec, with a tenure beginning in March 2010, and has contributed to several major projects, including the South Niagara Hospital DBFM - P3 Planning, West Park Health Care Operational Readiness Planning, and the Scotiabank Back Office Consolidation Program. Prior to Stantec, David served as Director at Project Control Group Inc. from October 2000 until its acquisition by Stantec in 2010, specializing in project implementation strategy and planning for complex projects. David’s earlier experience includes management consultant roles at CIBC and directorships at Parker Project Management Group, overseeing significant initiatives for major financial institutions. David holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Smith School of Business at Queen's University and a BASc in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo, along with a year studying at the University of Leeds.
