Dean Mullin

Dean Mullin is the Vice President and Integration Leader at Stantec, where they oversee post-merger integration for the firm. Since joining Stantec in 2003, Dean has played a crucial role in the migration of employees, systems, and policies following acquisitions. They ensure that newly integrated companies achieve steady-state operation while expanding business opportunities through collaboration. Prior to Stantec, Dean was a partner at BP-TEC Engineering from 1994 to 2003, where they managed a variety of responsibilities in a small engineering firm. Dean earned their degree from the University of New Brunswick between 2004 and 2008.
