Donald Baumhardt

Donald Baumhardt, PPD, has a diverse background in design, programming, and military service. Currently serving as a Senior Process Designer at Stantec since July 2022, Donald's previous roles include Senior Designer at Altura Engineering & Design and Piping Designer II at Wood, where design and communication with project managers were key responsibilities. Donald’s experience in the military as a Military Police (E-5/SGT) with the US Army included training and mentoring soldiers, highlighting leadership and teamwork skills. Other notable positions include Mechanical Piping Designer at Pond & Company, where recognition as a Subject Matter Expert was earned, and Computer Programmer at Patient Focus Systems, where optimization of a patient tracking system was accomplished. Donald has also contributed to construction projects as a Carpenter Journeyman/Site Superintendent at Harris Construction Inc, providing expertise in project execution and adherence to complex data requirements. Education at Autodesk is ongoing from 2023 to 2026.
