Doug Norris has over three decades of experience in project management within the engineering sector. Beginning as a Project Engineer at Turner Collie & Braden from 1979 to 1985, Doug progressed to the role of Project Manager at VMK between 1986 and 1988. Doug then served as a Senior Project Manager at PBS&J from 1990 to 2009, followed by a tenure as Senior Project Manager at Jacobs from January 2008 to March 2017. Doug held the position of Senior Project Manager at Culpepper & Terpening Inc from April 2005 to December 2007 and is currently the Chief Engineer at Stantec since April 2017. Doug Norris earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, completing the degree in 1979.
