Ella Hingston is a Group Leader and Principal Asset Management Engineer at Stantec, where they lead the Asset Strategies group in Queensland, delivering asset management, regulation, and assurance services. Previously, they held positions at Cardno and Brisbane City Council, contributing significantly to asset management planning and operational audits. Outside of their work, Ella is dedicated to professional development for asset management practitioners and fostering a positive staff culture at Stantec.
