Elliot Bayley

Elliot Bayley is a Senior Transport Planner at Stantec, bringing a passion for stakeholder engagement and client management across complex infrastructure projects. Previously, Elliot worked as a Consultant Transport Planner at AECOM after gaining experience as a Graduate Transport Consultant. Elliot's career also includes roles in agricultural management and leadership at The Watsonian Hockey Club, where strategic skills were applied to strengthen community ties. With a Master's degree in Transport Planning and Engineering from Edinburgh Napier University, Elliot focuses on inclusive, sustainable outcomes in the UK’s energy transition.
