Eric Plapper, AICP, is a Principal and Senior Associate at Stantec since December 2022, focusing on zero emissions planning and managing a variety of electric vehicle community readiness and fleet transition projects. Eric holds a Master’s degree in City and Regional Planning from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor’s degree in History from Connecticut College, along with a GIS certificate from Columbus State Community College.
