Frances Arflin, PHR, currently serves as Human Resources Director at Stantec since January 2024 and is also the Chief Disruptor at DisruptHR Jacksonville since January 2022. Frances previously held the role of Human Resources Director at Flagler College from October 2020 to January 2024 and was the Director of Employee Experience at Trailer Bridge from June 2019 to August 2020. Prior experience includes various HR positions at Cardno from September 2009 to June 2019, and earlier roles as Benefits Coordinator and Human Resources Assistant at Wildman, Harrold, Allen & Dixon LLP in 2008. Frances began a career in human resources as a Student Services Assistant at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology between 2006 and 2008. Frances holds a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Florida.
