Gerald Rosario, P.E. is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Deputy Resident Engineer for the P-381 Multi-Mission Dry Dock #1 project at Stantec since August 2021. This project, under the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, focuses on modernizing a historic dry dock at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, ensuring the facility meets Navy requirements for the future. Previously, Gerald held the role of Lead Civil Engineer at MWH from March 1999 to June 2022, with a notable international assignment assessing damage at the Bhote Koshi Hydropower Project in Nepal. Additionally, Gerald worked as a Principal Contracts Engineer at Neelum Jhelum Consultants on the Neelum Jhelum Hydropower Project in Pakistan from September 2015 to May 2021.
