Gerard Buffham is an experienced chartered Mechanical Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (FIMechE) with a strong background in the nuclear, petrochemical, and water industries. They served as a Mechanical Engineer and later as a Principal Mechanical Engineer at Stantec from 2000 to 2023, overseeing engineering management, design, and EPC projects. Gerard holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Manchester Polytechnic, earned in 1986. Outside of their professional pursuits, Gerard enjoys singing, beekeeping, running, and gardening.
