Gretchen Thach

Gretchen Thach is the North American BOU Operations Leader and SVP at Stantec, where they guide strategic objectives and facilitate personnel connections for projects across six continents. With extensive experience in environmental assessments, regulatory compliance, and program management, Thach has effectively managed projects in the United States, Australia, and Latin America. They have successfully overseen numerous Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments and multi-million dollar portfolios related to petroleum environmental cases while ensuring health and safety compliance. Thach obtained an MBA from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
