Hayat Rasul

Hayat Rasul is a dedicated professional specializing in planning, policy, and land use, with a focus on sustainable management of water and land resources. They have served as a Research Fellow at both the UCLA Luskin Center for Innovation and the State Water Resources Control Board, where they addressed water supply and quality challenges. Previously, Hayat worked as a Watershed Specialist at the Alliance for Aquatic Resource Monitoring and as a Community Water Planner at Stantec. They are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning at the University of California, Los Angeles, and hold a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Dickinson College.
