Hayat Rasul is a dedicated professional specializing in planning, policy, and land use, with a focus on sustainable management of water and land resources. They have served as a Research Fellow at both the UCLA Luskin Center for Innovation and the State Water Resources Control Board, where they addressed water supply and quality challenges.
