Heidi Peper

Heidi Peper has extensive experience in community and economic development, having served as Executive Director of the Wright County Economic Development Partnership from 1999 to April 2002. Following this, Heidi held the position of Senior Community Development Specialist at SEH from April 2002 to October 2014, where responsibilities included leading Community & Economic Development and Government Relations activities, identifying projects, conducting funding analyses, and securing financial support. Later, Heidi took on the role of Central Region Director of Sales at SEH, focusing on new client sales, project development, and government relations across several states. Prior to SEH, Heidi was Membership Director at Visit Saint Paul from 1995 to 1999. Since October 2018, Heidi has been a Senior Funding Leader at Stantec. Heidi Peper holds a degree from St. Cloud State University, obtained in 1995.
