Ilkin Abdullayev EIT, MSc / MSE is a Tunnel and Geotechnical Engineer currently working at Stantec since 2025. Previously, they held positions at Mott MacDonald, where they contributed to several significant tunnel projects in California, and Jay Dee Contractors Inc, where they served as a Tunnel Heading Engineer for a major tunnel modernization project.
