Imy Kassam, P.Eng, serves as the Managing Principal and Operations Lead for Community Development at Stantec since January 2025, following a lengthy tenure at Morrison Hershfield, where roles included Vice President of Municipal Engineering and VP Municipal Infrastructure, Land Development Canada from November 2016 to January 2025. Imy’s responsibilities encompassed operational decisions, financial accountability, and oversight of major multi-discipline projects across Canada and Western Canada. Previous positions held at Morrison Hershfield included Director of Infrastructure, Manager of Land Development, Water, and Project Manager. Imy began a career in engineering at Jubilee Engineering Consultants Ltd. as a Design/Project Engineer from January 2003 to January 2011. Education was obtained from the University of Calgary.
