Jacqueline LeBlanc

Jacqueline LeBlanc is a Transportation Planning Lead at Stantec, where they focus on transportation-related outreach and communication for Vermont stakeholders. Previously, they served as the Public Outreach Manager for the Vermont Agency of Transportation, managing outreach initiatives and events. Jacqueline's diverse experience includes contracting roles in Australia for marketing and writing, as well as coordinating community development projects across the USA. They hold a M.S. in Community Development and Applied Economics and a B.A. in Environmental Studies and History. Jacqueline has also contributed to publications, including a notable article in the Journal of Agriculture, Food Systems, and Community Development.
