James Skilton is a Chartered Civil Engineer with 19 years of experience in the design of bridges and civil engineering structures. Skilton began a career at Peter Brett Associates in June 2012 as a Principal Engineer in Bridges & Civil Structures after a year of traveling post-graduation. Currently, as a Senior Associate at Stantec since January 2020, Skilton leads the commercial and operational aspects of the Transport Infrastructure team following Stantec’s acquisition of PBA. Skilton holds a BEng (Hons) degree in Civil Engineering from Loughborough University, earned between 1996 and 1998.
