Jayden Gesche is an accomplished geotechnical professional with extensive experience in various roles within the geophysical and engineering geology sectors. Jayden began as a Junior Geophysicist at Soft Options (NZ) Ltd and progressed to multiple positions at GROUND INVESTIGATION LTD, including Geotechnical Technician. Following this, Jayden served as a Geotechnical Technician before advancing to Stantec, where contributions included roles as Geotechnical Team Leader, Senior Engineering Geologist, Principal Engineering Geologist, Engineering Geologist, and Associate. Currently, Jayden leads excellence and innovation in Steep Terrain Engineering in West Canada.
