Je Il "Jay" Lee is a Principal and a licensed Professional Engineer and Structural Engineer. Jay obtained a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Penn State University in 2007. They served as a Senior Structural Engineer at Atkins from 2007 to 2016 and currently hold the same title at Stantec since 2016.
