Jeffrey Benefiel

Jeffrey Benefiel is a Principal Environmental Project Manager at Stantec, leading environmental aspects of energy infrastructure projects with over 20 years of experience in the environmental consulting industry. They have managed permitting processes and environmental surveys across over 20 states and have extensive expertise in NEPA documentation and feasibility studies. Previously, Jeffrey served as a Senior Consultant at Natural Resource Group, LLC and as a Natural Resource Specialist at Brooks Williamson and Associates. They hold a B.S. in Chemistry from Michigan Technological University, a B.S. in Wildlife Biology, and an M.S. in Botany (Plant Ecology) from Michigan State University.
