Jennifer Stock is a Senior Visual Resource Specialist and Landscape Architect at Stantec, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this role, Jennifer accumulated extensive experience at ICF from July 1999 to August 2025 as a Landscape Architect and Senior Visual Resource Specialist. In these positions, Jennifer served as a lead Visual Resource Analyst for numerous NEPA and CEQA projects, encompassing sectors such as transportation, renewable energy, development, water conveyance, mining, and forestry management.
