Jessica Maxfield

Principal Project Manager

Jessica Maxfield has extensive experience in hydrology and project management, spanning over two decades in various roles. Jessica began her career as a Hydrologist at WSP Opus from January 2001 to February 2003, later serving as a Project Manager at Black & Veatch, where project management and technical delivery for a Flood Risk Strategy in Oxford was a key focus. Jessica also worked as a Flood Risk Consultant at WSP and as a Consultant at Peter Brett Associates, gaining expertise in hydraulic modeling and flood risk mapping. At RPS, Jessica continued in flood risk management before taking on a leadership role as Ripple Delivery Manager for Yarra Valley Water at Stantec, where collaboration and community impact are prioritized. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Applied Science with Honours in Natural Resource Management and Policy from Massey University and a Master of Natural Resource Engineering from Lincoln University (NZ).
