Jessica Watson

Jessica Watson is an Employee Experience, Engagement, and Internal Communications Specialist. They held various positions, including Academic Assistant at The Open University, Environmental Communications Intern at Cancer Research UK, and Knowledge Exchange and Community Engagement Officer at the University of Glasgow, where they led public and community engagement efforts. Jessica also served as the Internal Communication and Engagement Lead for the World Changing Glasgow Transformation programme and the Organisational Development team at the University of Glasgow. They currently work as a Senior Consultant, Engagement and Culture at Stantec, continuing to focus on enhancing employee engagement initiatives.
