Jim Blackwell

Jim Blackwell is an experienced Project Manager at Stantec, a position held since 2008, with a focus on dewatering systems for mine facilities stemming from a background in mining and operations management. Prior roles include serving as Secretary for Santa Rita Ranch HOA from 2010 to 2018, where responsibilities included the maintenance and improvement of the Association's assets, and Quarry Manager at Chemical Lime from 1994 to 2004. Additionally, Jim worked as a Drill and Shovel Specialist at Empire Southwest from 1995 to 1997. Jim Blackwell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mining from the Colorado School of Mines.
