Jim Moyer

Jim Moyer, PE, is an experienced Water Resources Project Manager currently at Stantec since December 2024. Previously, Jim served as a Water Resources Engineer at EnviroScience, Inc. and held roles as Project Engineer and Project Manager across multiple organizations, including Stantec, Mill Creek Watershed Council, and Coldwater Consulting, LLC. Expertise includes conducting geomorphic assessments, developing hydraulic and hydrologic models, managing grant administration, and overseeing construction projects related to stream restoration, floodplain mitigation, and stormwater infrastructure. Additionally, Jim holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, earned between 2008 and 2013.
