Jo Garland is a Principal Process Engineer at Stantec, bringing over 15 years of experience in complex wastewater infrastructure projects across various environments. Jo has worked on a wide array of projects in Australia and internationally, covering all stages of the project life cycle from feasibility studies to detailed design and commissioning.
