Joanna Kelsey

Joanna Kelsey is a Technical Director in the water sector with extensive experience in leading technical disciplines, operational departments, and innovative projects. Previously, Joanna held senior positions at Severn Trent Water, managing significant capital programmes and operational budgets while championing business change and digital solutions. A Fellow of the Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management (CIWEM), Joanna actively engages in strategic initiatives and has chaired the British Water Real Time Monitoring Group. Currently, Joanna oversees a range of initiatives focused on storm overflow and water asset management, leveraging data science and technology to address industry challenges.
