Joanne Barlow

Joanne Barlow is a Project Manager and Technical Lead at Stantec, where they oversee water, wastewater, and waste recycling projects. Previously, Joanne served as a Commissioning Manager at AECOM, leading teams on significant upgrades and new plant commissions, as well as holding various engineering roles across organizations such as Babcock Water Engineering Ltd and the Guyana Water Authority. They earned a Master of Science in Water Pollution Control Technology from Cranfield University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Warwick. Throughout their career, Joanne has demonstrated expertise in project management, mechanical design, and process commissioning in various international contexts.
