Joe Lynch is a seasoned civil engineer currently serving as Project Director at Stantec. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Joe has managed civil engineering teams at Cardno and TGM Group since 2019. Prior to these positions, Joe worked as a civil engineer for several firms, including Mouchel Parkman and Parry Fraser Jones, from 1999 to 2006. Joe earned a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Melbourne in 1997.
