Joe Polacek is an Urban Planner with extensive experience in community engagement and urban design. Currently employed at Stantec since June 2018, Joe previously gained valuable insights at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs, where coursework and participation in student organizations enriched expertise in urban planning.
